The next outstanding event is the Christmas concert conducted by Daniel Harding.
At the end of the year, the ballet Coppélia is performed. You can now book your New Year’s Eve trip on favorable terms. Or extend the trip with the ballet Coppélia on New Year’s Eve and the opera Don Carlo on January 2nd. So you have a great experience with two performances at La Scala in Milan.
On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Giacomo Puccini’s death in 2024, two operas by the great Italian composer are on the program: La Rondine and the blockbuster Turandot (conductor: Daniel Harding, production Davide Livermore and with Anna Netrebko and Yusif Eyvazov).
To mark the anniversary of Maria Callas, who would have celebrated her 100th birthday on December 2, 2023, the Theater Museum is dedicating an exhibition to the great diva.
