On June 21, 2026, these two giants of the opera stage gather for a tribute to the greatest Italian composer: Giuseppe Verdi.
This recital is an event of rare intensity, bringing together the voices of two of the most sought-after Verdi interpreters of the present day. The program is exclusively dedicated to the music of Verdi, including famous arias, ensembles, and rarely performed songs. Francesco Meli, known for his bright, powerful tenor and deeply moving portrayal of lyrical and dramatic roles, meets Luca Salsi, whose robust, dramatic baritone and impressive stage presence make him one of the leading interpreters of the great Verdi roles. They will be accompanied on the piano by Nelson Calzi, known for his sensitive and experienced guidance through the repertoire.
