Live Streaming of Concerts and Ballet from the Opera Houses of Italy

The artists are in the starting blocks to be able to delight their viewers live with music and dance again next year. The first opera houses have already published their schedules.

In order to make the turn of the year as beautiful as possible for viewers, some Italian opera houses have recorded operas in concert form and put them on YouTube.

La Scala premiere – A RIVER LE STELLE: “A Riveder Le Stelle – See the stars again” is the title of the online event that was broadcast by Scala instead of the premiere. “To see the stars again” refers to the famous verse from the ‘Inferno della Divina Commedia ”and dedicated to Dante Alighieri on the 700th anniversary of his death. “Seeing the stars again” is that what we all wish for after the difficult year 2020. We all have great hope for a better season in 2021, the year of the super-fast vaccination, and, hopefully, a quick return to normalcy.

Peter and the Wolf for children at the Teatro alla Scala. The musical fairy tale by Sergei Prokofjew is presented very lovingly with explanations, cartoons and the instruments at the Scala without a spectator.

New Year’s concert from La Scala Milan

La Scala in Milan has organized a concert at the beginning of 2021, which will be streamed on January 1st at 11 a.m. on the YouTube channel. The concert can be seen for a week.
