The program also embraces innovative perspectives: Teodor Currentzis and musicAeterna bring Wagner’s “Ring” in its orchestral form, while Drusilla Foer joins as narrator and voice in projects uniting music with spoken word. Major symphonic cycles are at the heart of the year, with Daniele Gatti leading the complete Beethoven and Mendelssohn symphonies.
