A concert evening with Anna Netrebko in honor of the centenary of the birth of Maria Callas (1923-2023).
The Teatro San Carlo celebrates the 100th birthday of the famous opera diva Maria Callas in 2023 with special gala performances.
Maria Callas was one of the most influential opera singers of the 20th century. She was on the stage of the Teatro San Carlo with Nabucco and Il Trovatore.
The famous Russian soprano Anna Netrebko has a large repertoire of the most difficult opera arias, from works by Mozart to bel canto with Puccini and Verdi and Tchaikovsky to Wagner. Music by Glinka, Rachmaninov, Rimsky-Korsakov and Tchaikovsky is on the program on October 13th.
