Le Concert des Nations - L’Orfeo

On 11 July, the 74th Ravello Festival proudly presents a cornerstone of musical history: Claudio Monteverdi’s L’Orfeo. Under the baton of the legendary maestro Jordi Savall, the birth of European opera comes alive on the breathtaking Belvedere of Villa Rufolo. Featuring the world-class ensembles Le Concert des Nations and La Capella Reial de Catalunya, alongside an exceptional cast of soloists led by Mauro Borgioni as Orfeo, this timeless myth of love, loss, and the transcendent power of music is reborn at sunset high above the Amalfi Coast.
