About us
milano24ore (m24o) is a privately owned, owner-managed German travel boutique based in Milan, Italy. Founded in 2000 by Olaf & Ellen, the company is still personally managed by its owners today. Having lived in Italy for more than 28 years, we share our deep local knowledge, experience, and passion for the country with our guests.
Since the foundation of milano24ore, we have been passing on our insider knowledge and extensive experience of Italy. Over the years, this has resulted in a very personal travel guide that is continuously updated and expanded, offering our guests authentic insights and unique perspectives on Italy.
We cooperate with several well-established Italian tour operators as well as with the best local tourism experts and reliable service providers throughout the country. These long-standing partnerships ensure professional organization, high-quality standards, and smooth operations on site.
m24o designs individual services and tailor-made travel packages for private travelers as well as for businesses and tour groups. We combine personal advice and short decision-making processes with the security and expertise of strong partners across Italy.

How can I book?
Please use the shopping basket with a list of tours of interest for your first contact to us. We will get back to you immediately. The contact form opens after you have confirmed one or more tours you are interested in. All requests are of course non-binding. We will respond with an individual offer, including our phone number for direct communication.

How does the payment work?
Before any payment is required, you will first receive a detailed travel proposal. A booking is only made after you have selected your preferred options and confirmed them in writing.
Once confirmed, we will send you the travel contract along with the invoice. Depending on the type of travel contract, the total amount is payable in two or three installments, all clearly defined and transparent.
This process ensures full clarity and security throughout your booking experience.
How do I get my travel documents?
Your travel documents will be sent to you by email in PDF format. Vouchers and e-tickets can either be printed or simply shown on your smartphone.
If physical tickets are required, they will be delivered by courier directly to your hotel if necessary.
Brand and Design
Milano24ore has been a registered brand for many years. At the end of 2018, we decided to realign and modernize our brand. On this occasion, we also wanted to improve usability. We wanted to try to make it easier for our guests to plan their trip to Italy. In order to keep up internationally, we have been assisted by a renowned branding agency.
