The Ravello Festival takes place at the Belvedere of Villa Rufolo, high above the sea from July 2nd to August 30th, 2023. The highlight ist the dawn concert in the early morning of August 11th when the sun rises over the Amalfi coast.

Ravello is known for its picturesque setting, perched high on a hilltop above the Amalfi Coast. The town’s white villas and charming medieval architecture are set against a backdrop of lush lemon groves and the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.
The Ravello Festival is an annual classical and Jazz music festival that takes place in Ravello in summer. The festival features performances by internationally renowned musicians and orchestras on the Belvedere of the Villa Rufolo and other historic venues in Ravello. The festival was founded in 1953 and has become one of the most prestigious classical music festivals in Italy.
A very special moment is the Concert at Sunrise in the gardens of the Villa Rufolo high above the Mediterranean Sea with a breath-taking between haven and sea.
Ravello Festival 2023
Renowned orchestras and musicians are again expected at this year’s Ravello Music Festival, including a week of jazz music. The kick-off is an evening dedicated to Richard Wagner, ORF Radio Symphony Orchestra. The high point, as always, is the concert at dawn on August 11 with music by Bedřich Smetana’s Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy der Moldau, as well as music by Gioachino Rossini and Ludwig van Beethoven.
