Ballet ASPECTS OF NIJINSKY at the La Scala from 5 to 25 November 2023

The ballet evening is dedicated to the dancer Vaslav Nijinsky, a sensitive person, fascinating dancer, famous choreographer and visionary. Nijinsky became famous for his jumps, during which he appeared to be weightless and hovering in the air. The choreographer John Neumeier wrote the ballet Nijinsky in 2000, which tells the tragic story of the artist. The ballet Nijinsky was an outstanding success and sold out for years. The new choreography for Milan’s Scala 2023 includes the three masterpieces Le Pavillon d’Armide (music by Nikolai Tcherepnin), L’Après-midi d’un faune (music by Claude Debussy) and Petruška (music by Igor Stravinsky) in a new one Version for the Scala. Let star dancer Roberto Bolle take you into the world of great ballet throughout the evening.
