The popular tenor spent his childhood here and today’s Teatro del Silenzio was once his football field and one of the last memories before Andrea Bocelli lost his sight.
The Teatro del Silenzio is a small open-air theater located 50 km south of Florence near Pisa. Andrea Bocelli gives one or a maximum of two concerts with fellow artists and friends every July. For the rest of the year the theater sits quietly in the landscape, hence the name.The open air concert with Andrea Bocelli is a big party that attracts thousands of visitors every year. The host is Andrea Bocelli himself, who was born in the small town of Lajatico (PI) in Tuscany. You will spend a wonderful evening with friends of Andrea Bocelli and well-known artists.

Andrea Bocelli’s concert is set to be an extraordinary event, not to mention a joyful experience that will envelop the audience in an embrace of sound and image that presents them with a parallel score of color and fantastic scenery, and a message of hope and positivity as it traditionally occurs in Lajatico.
